These used to belong to a bounty hunter by the name of Sirellen. He used them to help keep his captured quarry under control during the long journeys from city to city. When placed on a person’s wrists and ankles, the instantly shrink to fit snugly. No amount of escape artistry is going to get these off of you. They can only be removed by speaking the proper command word. Also, when another command word is spoken, the bracelets on each wrist and each ankle snap together, effectively binding the prisoner’s hands and feet together. (Hand to hand and ankle to ankle. Not hand to ankle.) A prisoner may make a bend bars / lift gate roll to pull his appendages apart. However, the force of the bracelets is constant, so the prisoner must make a successful bend bars / lift gates each round or his hands/ankles snap back together. Finally, a third command word causes electricity to course through the prisoner’s body, temporarily stunning and paralyzing him for 2D6 rounds. The electricity does 1D4 points of damage each time it is used. |
